«After several years of working in the real estate sector in the US, I felt ready to start my own business. Thessaloniki was chosen from countless places as a city with the highest investment potential and best suited to the investor profile I built for the company. Today, after 4 years of activity in the Greek market, we have created over 300 new residential apartments, including entire buildings. As part of this job, I have been living in Thessaloniki since 2020 and am responsible for running the Greek side of the company, locating projects, managing them, and implementing the renovation process.»

Zack Vertzberger

«I started my military career in a special unit. I spent several years in the army in command and management positions, including company commander and course commander. I am currently a major in the reserves after finishing my military duty. During my service, I became interested in real estate and established my own investments. After I left the service, I decided to pursue a career in real estate and investments. For the purpose of learning how the industry works, I gained practical experience working in several real estate companies in Israel, where I held various positions, from sales to management. Later on, I met Gal, who had already started working in Thessaloniki, and I decided to co-found Progreece. In the company, I am responsible for the entire Israeli side, the financial and legal management, and also the customer care.»
