Noga Project

The Noga project is one of the most significant projects of the company. The company renovated an entire three-story building and created 36 brand-new residential apartments. The renovation also included the building’s exterior, lobby, entrance, and rooftop space.

All apartments were rented out to individuals even before the renovation was fully completed. Investors started earning rent immediately after the renovation was completed.
