The building at Orfanidou 8 could be an advertisement for an urban policy promoting urban renewal in Thessaloniki.

After laws promoted by the municipality regarding the process of designation change at the city, the building in Orfanidou is one of the first properties where we have done the process.

From a neglected and abandoned street, it has become in recent years a street that has largely undergone urban renewal. The abandoned buildings became renovated residential apartments, and the business floor (ground) became attractive.

The proximity to the shopping streets and the central entertainment zone makes the renovated apartments attractive for long-term or short-term tenants.

Together with its investors, the company renovated over 90% of the building and converted it into residences. The process included the required legal approvals, completion of the works, furniture and occupancy of the apartments with the help of our management company.
